Frequently asked questions

Do I need any equipment?

No, but I'm happy to work with your favorite fitness equipment if you want. Otherwise, I provide resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells for your sessions.

How does it work?

It all starts with a free assessment appointment after you click that "Begin your fitness quest" button. During this session we'll talk about your where you're at in your fitness quest, where you want to go, and then we'll work our way through a few movements to see

Where do sessions take place?

We can train at your home, a local park, or your gym if you have access.

I'm not into fitness or nerd stuff. Is this for me?

Absolutely. While I bring a fun, nerdy approach to training, my focus is on helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. I'm happy to adapt to whatever your training preference is.
